I am a third grade teacher in Arizona with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education.  This year is my third year as a classroom teacher.  Prior to teaching in Arizona, I was a Special Education Teaching Assistant in South Dakota for two years.  South Dakota is where I grew up, but I am proud to say Arizona is my home.

I started this blog as a hobby during my very first summer “off” and it has followed me into the school year.  The main reason why I started this blog was so I could have a space where I kept my own personal interests, ideas, and progress throughout teaching.  I hope my experience (or inexperience) in teaching will entertain, inspire, and encourage you on your very own teaching adventure.  Thanks for stopping by!
